After coming back after weeks of being sidelined with an injury, Isaac Bonga had to leave the game against Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade early again.

Bonga went across the court after rebounding the ball following a missed three-pointer from Yago dos Santos. Seconds later, he was fouled by dos Santos. That's when the injury occurred.

The FC Bayern Munich forward stepped on the Brazilian guard's foot and noticeably twisted his ankle. Bonga immediately collapsed to the ground and could not continue the game.

The German player had to be helped off the court first by his teammates and then by the club's medical staff. The seriousness of the injury is currently unclear.

In his return to the court in the EuroLeague, Bonga scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 15:26 minutes of playing time.

Bonga had been previously sidelined with an ankle injury multiple times this season, both in the EuroLeague and the German League (BBL).
