Theo Maledon is a free agent once again. The French guard was waived by the Phoenix Suns, according to Michael Scotto from HoopsHype.

Maledon signed a two-way contract with the Suns in December but did not make his debut until February.

Overall, the 22-year-old played in only four games for the Suns, averaging 1.3 points and 0.3 rebounds.

Maledon started the 2023-24 season with the Charlotte Hornets before being waived in December.

Maledon averaged 4.2 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game in 13 appearances with Charlotte this season.

The French guard has also played for ASVEL Villeurbanne in the EuroLeague, which is a high-level professional basketball league in Europe. With his experience in the NBA and his potential to grow, it will be interesting to see where he lands next.
