In a 129-94 win against the Milwaukee Bucks, Sabonis finished the game with 22 points (10/14 FG, 2/2 FT), 11 rebounds, 8 assists, and 1 steal.
It was the 47th double-double in a row for Sabonis, as he became the Kings all-time record holder in double-doubles. Previously, Jerry Lucas had 46 double-doubles in a row in the 1967-68 season.
"Night in, night out, he's come up big for us," De'Aaron Fox said about Sabonis' record. "I think people are immune to it. No one outside of basically us talks about it. But that's obviously a hard thing to do and there's not many people have done it. He comes ready to play every night."
Sabonis averages 20.1 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 8.4 assists per game in 64 appearances for the Kings this season.
