According to an announcement by the club, the Italian forward has sufferedan injury to the adductor brevis muscle of his right thigh, and his situation will be considered again in two weeks.

Ricci's situation adds to Milan's injury woes. The team is already missing Alex Poythress and Billy Baron, who have had highly unfortunate injuries. Baron has been ruled out for the season, while Poythress is currently dealing with face paralysis.

The Italian forward is playing with decreased minutes this year, averaging only 0.6 points and 1 rebound per game in just 6 minutes and 28 seconds each match in the EuroLeague.
