Rolands Smits exited the game early with an apparent leg injury.

With 5:47 left in the second quarter, Smits was driving to the basket. As he attempted a floater, the Latvian forward unsuccessfully landed on his right leg, seemingly injuring his ankle.

The Zalgiris forward immediately collapsed to the ground and had to be helped off the court by the team's medical staff, as he couldn't put any weight on his right leg.

The seriousness of the injury is currently unknown, but it seems to be clear Smits will not return to the contest.

Prior to the game against Bayern, Smits had been averaging 11.5 points and 4.6 rebounds for 11.6 PIR per game in the EuroLeague.
