Utah Jazz head coach Will Hardy had harsh remarks to his players after a 100-119 blowout loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The specialist was angered by his team's lack of ball sharing and the prevalence of isolation plays, which contributed to the team's loss against the Timberwolves.

"Stats don't mean sh*t. I don't care about your individual stats. I don't care how many points you score. I don't care what you post on Instagram. Doesn't matter," Hardy started strong.

"It's a team sport; you play to win. We have to nip this in the bud now because I have said this before, and I'll say it again: there will not be any free minutes in this program," he continued.

"So you are either going to start learning, and you're going to start playing the right way, and you're going to start participating with your teammates, or you're not going to play."

This is not the first time that Hardy has made such remarks to his players. In a November 2023 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, he had stated that "If you’re gonna wear a Utah Jazz jersey, you have to give a sh*t about the Utah Jazz."

He also characterized his team's performance in a 50-point loss to the Dallas Mavericks as a "masterpiece of dogsh*t" in December that same year.

Currently, the Utah Jazz have a record of 29-38, being ranked 12th in the Western Conference.
