The 'victim' of the episode, Utah Jazz big man John Collins, suffered a head contusion, according to Shams Charania from The Athletic.
It's currently unclear whether Collins' injury is serious and could possibly force him to miss any games.
While it made him the author of the most-watched highlight in quite some time, the star of the episode, Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards, did not come away undamaged either.
The player revealed after the game he dislocated his finger during the play. As such, he couldn't react to the episode upon its completion.
"I couldn't even react to that, I dislocated my finger. My left hand," Edwards said. "I couldn't react, I would've if I could've."
