The Brazilian guard got injured during the last Crvena Zvezda's EuroLeague game against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv when Bonzie Colson accidentally hit him in the face. Dos Santos left the game early, and it was later revealed he fractured his sinus and suffered a concussion.
Already without dos Santos, Crvena Zvezda might also play without Milos Teodosic again. The veteran guard is still feeling the pain in his injured ankle, Sfairopoulos told the Serbia media at the open practice. Despite the pain, there is a chance Teodosic will suit up for Crvena Zvezda.
Branko Lazic has started practicing with the team, but he will be sidelined in the matchup. Additionally, Crvena Zvezda's NBA prospect, Nikola Topic, will not be joining the active roster as well.
"I still don't know who will be in the lineup. Eleven players are currently available, we don't have many options," Sfairopoulos said.
