Filip Petrusev suffered a knee injury and did not finish the contest, SDNA reports.
The Serbian forward was subbed off near the end of the second quarter with 2:34 left on the clock and did not return. The player will undergo an MRI to determine the seriousness of the injury.
Before exiting the game early, Petrusev scored 8 points for 9 PIR in just over 7 minutes of playing time.
It is already the second injury in Olympiacos' frontcourt, as Nikola Milutinov has been sidelined for two months, although he is set to return next week.
With 19 wins and 12 losses, Olympiacos are currently in 6th place in the EuroLeague standings.
