Paul George, the star forward of the Los Angeles Clippers, talked about his relationship with team coach Tyronn Lue and his respect for coaching in general.

Paul George and Tyronn Lue have been working together at the Los Angeles Clippers since 2020 when Lue first joined the team.

Over the years, the relationship between the two developed, and Lue's stint with the team got even better.

Paul George, or "PG," made these positive remarks about his relationship with Lue.

"The relationship is great to begin with… I love to be coached. Treat me like I'm the tenth man on the roster. That's kind of how I appreciate... coaching," said PG about his outlook on coaching and why he considers it essential.

"The conversations we have and the chemistry we have... He knows how to get me going. We have dialogue constantly of 'Hey, I need this' or 'This is what I am seeing; let's get a little bit more of that,'" he explained about his relationship with Lue.

"So it's just answering the call whatever the call may be. It's easy dialogue..." he concluded.

It appears that the chemistry is all there. This season, PG is averaging 22.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.7 assists per game, while the Clippers are in 4th position in the Western Conference.
