However, he is sidelined again. Although he's still registered in the competition, Toure hasn't played in the Spanish Liga Endesa (ACB) since January 7th.
Talking about the team before the departure to Belgrade for a match against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv, Valencia's head coach Alex Mumbru declared the organization doesn't expect Toure to play this season.
"It is one thing to think that he will be out for two weeks and another [that he'll be out] for two months. It disrupted all of our plans," Mumbru told the media on Tuesday, stressing that Toure made great efforts to appear on the court against Bayern.
In 21 games in the EuroLeague this season, Toure averaged 4 points and 4.1 rebounds for 5.5 PIR.
