Former NBA and EuroLeague player Jimmer Fredette is on the 3x3 Team USA roster for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

According to an announcement by USA Basketball, Fredette is part of the 4-man roster that will try to win gold in the 3x3 men's basketball competition in the Paris Olympics.
The squad is completed by Canyon Barry, Kareem Maddox, and Dylan Travis.
Team USA won the gold medal in the FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup in 2022. They also reached the silver medal in the FIBA 3x3 World Cup 2023, losing to Serbia in the final. This enabled the Americans to qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
For his part, Fredette has been a strong part of the aforementioned rosters that won the medals. He was named to the Team of the Tournament in the 2023 3x3 World Cup.
The shooting guard has had a versatile career. Starting his professional career in 2011, he played for a multitude of NBA teams, such as the Sacramento Kings and the New Orleans Pelicans. He also made numerous appearances in the Chinese Basketball League and won numerous accolades there, including the CBA International MVP award in 2017.
He also made a brief stop in the EuroLeague with Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens in the "white season" of 2019-20, which was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic. With Panathinaikos, Fredette averaged 12.9 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists. He was a member of the 50-40-90 club during his tenure with PAO.
After playing his last 5x5 basketball season with Shanghai Sharks in 2020-21, he switched over to 3x3 basketball, primarily serving Team USA.
