Holmgren and Wembanyama emerged as unanimous choices for the First Team, sweeping all 99 votes in their favor.
Miller's stellar performance earned him 97 votes for the First Team, with just one stray vote landing him on the Second Team.
Meanwhile, the Second Team features Dereck Lively II, GG Jackson II, Keyonte George, Amen Thompson, and Cason Wallace.
Wemby was the standout rookie. Over 71 appearances, he averaged 21.4 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 3.6 blocks per game, leading all NBA rookies in scoring, rebounding, and blocks per game.
The 20-year-old Frenchman also finished his rookie season as the first player in NBA history to score 1,500 points (1,522), block 250 shots (254), and hit 100 three-point shots (128) in a single season.
