Kendrick Nunn discusses stay at Panathinaikos, finds Sloukas comparison in NBA / News - Basketnews.com
Kendrick Nunn is open to extending his stay in Europe: "It's hard to say now, but I wouldn't mark it [staying in PAO] off my list. Like if was to come back [here for another season], I would be more than happy, too. I wouldn't regret it at all."

In a recent interview with Amerikanos24, he discussed the possibility of staying in Europe for another season.
"Honestly, it's hard to say. I mean, I initially came here with the goal in mind to go back [to the NBA]," he admitted. "And having success here -- everything has been great. Obviously, the love has been second to none. It's hard to say now, but I wouldn't mark it [staying in PAO] off my list. Like if was to come back [here for another season], I would be more than happy, too. I wouldn't regret it at all."
Nunn is not the only addition to Panathinaikos generating buzz. Kostas Sloukas, a former rival from Olympiacos Piraeus and a EuroLeague veteran, has also made a significant impact on PAO's results.
Nunn likened Sloukas to NBA player Goran Dragic, whom he had previously played with during his time at the Miami Heat (2019-21).
"Yeah, I thought of someone when I first got here, but I would see him as like European [Goran] Dragic," Nunn said with a smile. "I see that in Sloukas."

However, he did acknowledge that he struggles the most against two towering EuroLeague players, standing at 2.21 and 2.18 meters, respectively.
"I never really felt I had to game plan for a specific player here [in Europe]. Offensively, one of the toughest players to play against is someone like [Edy] Tavares or [Moustapha] Fall," he revealed.
"I'm not too worried about a guard guarding me, because we are playing ball screens," Nunn continued. "So my teammate is obviously gonna free me. And then I got the big fella in the back where he's just sitting there and waiting on me. So, it's a little bit harder to game plan for that and not specifically like the person, who's guarding me."
Currently ranked second in the EuroLeague standings, Nunn and his teammates are gearing up for crucial matchups against Virtus, Bayern, and ALBA in the remaining rounds of the regular season.
