It was the Heat's biggest win in franchise history by a significant margin. The previous record was set way back in 1994 when they defeated the Los Angeles Clippers by 43 points.
Additionally, the Heat registered the franchise's biggest lead in the game of 60. It was just the 12th game in franchise history when the Heat shot the ball at 58.7% from the field and 53.8% from beyond the arc, all twelve wins. By the way, the mark was reached during the '94 game vs the Clippers as well.
The Heat dished out 41 assists, setting a franchise record (previously 39 vs. 76ers, 1997).
Interestingly, this wasn't the Blazers' biggest franchise loss. The 60-point defeat is only the third-worst in the Blazers' history, coming behind a 62-point loss earlier this season (Jan. 11 vs. OKC) and a 65-point loss in 1998 against the Indiana Pacers.
It is only the 9th game of a 60+ point difference between the teams in NBA history. In the first 77 years of the league, there were 7 cases. There were two in the last 78 days, both belonging to the Blazers, and not in a good way. They are now the first team to lose multiple games by 60+ points in the same season.
On top of that, Scoot Henderson set the record for the worst plus-minus in the game of -58, beating the previous record of -57 held by Manny Harris.
