Vezenkov played for the first time since February 10. In tonight's win against the Utah Jazz, he scored 5 points (2/3 FG, 1/1 3PT), 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, and 1 turnover in 9 minutes of action.
"It all depends on the coach at the end, who he wants to play in the rotation. Thank God we got Sasha and Trey back," Sabonis said after the game. It's not that it worked out, but we could have been four guys out. We're gonna take what we can get."

"They are just smart players. They make the right reads and make the game easier for me and Fox. They space well, they're good 3-point shooters, they rebound, they defend, and do other things that help," Sabonis added.
The Kings lost Kevin Huerter and Malik Monk due to injuries. Sabonis shared his input on what he would need to do differently without these two players.
"I definitely feel that I have to be more aggressive, especially in the 2nd unit. Now, there might be some minutes that I have to lead the second unit alone, so I feel like I gotta be more aggressive and be that ball-dominant [player]," Sabonis said.

Finally, the Lithuanian center shared his thoughts on the upcoming game against the Los Angeles Clippers.
"We need to go and take care of business. We got to have a good game going into the road trip. It is going to be a good test. That is definitely a playoff team that plays playoff basketball," Sabonis concluded.
