The Eagle Football Group have announced that exclusive negotiations to sell the shares of OL Valee Arena, a subsidiary company that operates the arena, have begun. It will be sold to the Holnest group, owned by former Olympique Lyonnais president Jean-Michel Aulas.

Aulas has a close relationship with the current ASVEL president, Tony Parker. However, Parker is not involved in the sale, despite previous intent to do it.

According to Le Progress, the numerical value of the sale should be around €160 million.

The sale is part of the "strategy ... of refocusing on men's football activities," the company stated.

The LDLC Arena was opened in November 2023 and is now the home of ASVEL in the EuroLeague. It can hold up to 16,000 spectators in some events. Basketball matches can hold up to 12,523 fans.
