Grujin noted that Ostoja Mijalovic, the president of Partizan, broke the news.
The black-and-white team could not join in the 2021-22 season because of an administrative error related to the registration of players before the deadline.
The season after, their application was rejected because the team missed it one time and because of outstanding debts to the Serbian Basketball Association (KSS) and the Regional Basketball Association (RKS).
Not to mention, Partizan and the Serbian League management were often at odds due to a number of issues, such as the game-fixing scandal and fan violence.
Now, it appears that the team will be able to participate again, being one of the two favorites to win the trophy alongside Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade.
