Davis was hit near his left eye, which had previously required treatment. He had to leave the game at the start of the second quarter. Davis did not return in the second half.
The 31-year-old center has been averaging 24.5 points, 12.6 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game this season. He was named to his 9th All-Star Game this season.
