Since becoming the head coach of the Milwaukee Bucks in the middle of the season after the sacking of Adrian Griffin, Doc Rivers has had trouble harnessing the winning potential of his team.

With Rivers, the Bucks accumulated a record of 15 wins and 17 losses. They have also lost 4 consecutive games in a row.

According to The Athletic, Rivers gathered together veterans of the team for a video session with a desire to turn back the tide of losses that have weakened the team ahead of the post-season.

Giannis Antentokounmpo, Damian Lillard, Khris Middleton, Malik Beasley, Brook Lopez, Bobby Portis, Pat Connaughton, Patrick Beverley, and Jae Crowder joined the video session alongside Rivers.

The main aim was to have the players speak their minds on the downturn of the team and how the team needs act "selflessly" to get back into form.

In spite of the meeting, the Bucks lost to the New York Knicks with a score of 109-122, which was their fourth loss in a row. Although Rivers's Bucks have shown a disappointing performance, they are still 2nd in the standings of the Eastern Conference with an overall record of 47-31.
