Nike possibly unveiled the logo for San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama on the day of the total solar eclipse, with the video featuring South Texas.

Wembanyama signed a lucrative deal with Nike while playing professionally in France, Metropolitans 92, securing a shoe contract worth over $100 million. He will be prominently featured in their campaigns moving forward, and the new video teases that.

During NBA All-Star Weekend's Rising Stars practice, Wemby debuted his personalized Nike kicks -- a customized version of the Nike G.T. Hustle 2. These green-and-black sneakers had an alien head on the back, a clear nod to Wembanyama's nickname.

According to reports from various sneaker blogs, these basketball shoes are expected to retail for $170 when they hit stores in May.
