Antetokounmpo was officially ruled out in the fourth quarter due to what the team called a left soleus (calf muscle) strain.
Giannis finished the game with 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 assists.
Bucks head coach confirmed Antetokounmpo was undergoing an MRI test on his calf and Achilles tendon.
"High, I would say that," Rivers said about his concern level. "He's Giannis. I think everyone probably feels the same way as I do right now. We're just going to hope for the best."
Antetokounmpo averages 30.4 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 6.5 assists per game in 72 appearances for the Bucks this season.
