Denver Nuggets coach Mike Malone ripped a reporter at the post-game press conference when he was asked about blowing a 20-point lead in the Game 7 loss.

The Denver Nuggets failed to make the Western Conference Finals after losing Game 7 to the Minnesota Timberwolves, 90-98.

The Nuggets, at one point in the second half, held a 20-point lead but allowed the Timberwolves to come back and snatch the win.

At the post-game press conference, Denver Nuggets head coach Mike Malone was visibly upset when a reporter asked for his thoughts on the game where they squandered a huge double-digit lead.

"The season's over. That’s what’s hard. F*** being up by 20... Stupid a** questions," Malone responded.

The Nuggets coach acknowledged, though,that it was "a hell of a series."

"They gave us all we could handle and they ended up winning Game 7 on our home court, which is a tough one to swallow. But we'll be back," he said.
