The patience ofCrvena Zvezda mts Belgrade's management lasted for only 7 games. Rookie EuroLeague head coachVladimir Jovanovicwas fired after losing 6, and the ultimate replacement,Dusko Ivanovic, was brought in.

Statistically looking, they had a good reason for such a move so early – Belgrade's team was last in the Net Rating column and between the 3 worst teams in both offense and defense. Not quite the start Zvezda fans expected after a solid season with Dejan Radonjic.

However, important basketball decisions aren't only made by looking at the stat sheet. So what did Zvezda's GM see on the court that made him sack the promising coach?

BasketNews' Augustas Suliauskas invites you to take a look at the reasons behind such a decision and what Dusko Ivanovic will try to change in the upcoming games.
