Johnson has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 lateral right ankle sprain and will be re-evaluated in three weeks. He picked up the injury during Tuesday's game against the Miami Heat.
Meanwhile, Okongwu has undergone a surgical procedure on his sprained left big toe to address inflammation. The 23-year-old center will miss approximately four weeks of action.
The Hawks are currently 10th in the Eastern Conference and will compete in the play-in tournament after the regular season comes to an end from either the 9th or the 10th spot.
