"We are the best team. We haven't played our best basketball yet, and that's scary," said Parker. "This team [Real Madrid] has been together for 3 years. We have, like, 5 or 6 players that are new. So, it takes time, and the best is yet to come," he prophesized.
On the topic of their playoff opponent, Parker remained respectful but still implied that they would come out the victor in a series.
"We have played against both teams. Both teams are equally as good. I think we are split with both teams, so we gotta prepare just like we would [against] any other team."
Barcelona clinched the 4th place in the regular season and will discover its match-up tonight, which will be decided in the Olympiacos-Fenerbahce game.
As for Parker, the EuroLeague rookie is averaging 10.4 points and 4 rebounds in the season with Barcelona.
