Action Network also notes that, according to one of its sources, FanDuel "did not accept any wagers on the NBA or college basketball from Porter."
Nevertheless, it is stated that the suspended player supposedly had over 1,000 wagers in the sportsbook.
The given timeframe encompassed the years when Porter played at the G League in the Memphis Hustle, Wisconsin Herd, and Motor City Cruise before signing a two-way contract with the Toronto Raptors.

Action Network states that Porter canceled his account before signing his contract with the Raptors.
On March 26, Porter was implicated in a prop betting scandal. A "prop bet" is thought to encompass actions that do not have an impact on the outcome of a match that can either happen or not happen.
Regarding Porter, unusual fluctuations in prop bets on the player were observed on January 26th's game vs. Los Angeles Clippers and March 20th's matchup vs. Sacramento Kings.
Multiple bookmakers have noticed increased and unusual betting activity regarding bets on Porter's individual numbers during games.According to David Pardum from ESPN, bets upwards of $10,000 and $20,000 were attempted to be placed on Porter's under for the game against the Clippers in January.
While the usual limits for such bets are around $1000 or $2000, Wojnarowski notes, an increased number of large bets were coming in on Porter's props during both matchups.
As a result, the big man was temporarily suspended but may be facing even more severe sanctions if it is decided for sure that he is implicated in the matter.
