"I just want to thank you guys for all of your sacrifices, all the things that you guys are doing, and everyone that is watching," Irving began. "Truly appreciate it."

"All the words of affirmation given each other go a long way, man. So, keep the positivity going. Job's not finished, but we can definitely celebrate this one. This one's hard, it's tough," he concluded before being swarmed by his teammates' hollers.

The recording of Irving's speech also saw a team embrace with coach Jason Kidd and Luka Doncic fist-bumping Irving's child.

With the Game 6 victory, Irving is currently 14-0 in all closeout playoff games of his career, which means that he won every game that could ensure qualification to the next round.

Against the OKC in the fateful game, the experienced guard scored 22 points (9/23 FG), grabbed 2 rebounds, and had 3 assists.
