"The Clippers failed to accurately disclose the availability status of Paul George, Norman Powell, and Russell Westbrook prior to their game against the Houston Rockets," the league noted.
Neither of the three players competed in the matchup, and only Powell was registered for the game.
This is the second such costly violation in the last two weeks, as the Philadelphia 76ers were recently fined $100,000 for failing to accurately report the availability of Joel Embiid.
The Clippers finished the regular season as the 4th seed in the Western Conference will play against theDallas Mavericksin the First Round of the NBA Playoffs. The first match is set for 3:30 PM EST on Sunday, April 21st.
