In the final moments of the game, Tatum suffered a bad fall after colliding with Caleb Martin while airborne going for a rebound.
But Tatum, who landed on his hip, brushed off the fall and popped back up instantly as the Celtics eventually sealed the 20-point win.
"It's playoff basketball, and it's a physical game against a physical team. S---'s gonna happen," Tatum said. "It's probably not the last time I'm going to get hit like that in this series."

His teammate Kristaps Porzingis agreed with the physicality of the game.
"I think we matched [their physicality]. I don't know if [the Martin collision] was an accident or not. Those kinds of plays happen. But a little bit of action? I think it's good for the playoffs. It was fun," said Porzingis.
Former NBA player and now Celtics analyst Brian Scalabrine said the play looked "shady" and that "Martin should get suspended."
"That ain't basketball…That's weak," he said.
Game 2 of the Celtics-Heat series will be played in Boston as well.
