As expected the top three players in the MVP race are Dallas Mavericks' Luka Doncic, Oklahoma City Thunder's Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, and Denver Nuggets' Nikola Jokic.
Doncic is averaging 33.9 points (49% FG rebounds, and 9.8 assists for the Mavs, while Gilgeous-Alexander is putting up 30.1 points (54% FG), 5.5 rebounds, and 6.2 assists per game for the Thunder. Jokic, a two-time MVP, averaged 26.4 points (58% FG), 12.4 rebounds, and 9.0 assists in the regular season.
