The NBA released the Last 2 Minute Report for the New York Knicks' 101-101 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference playoffs.

In the report, the league concluded that Tyrese Maxey was fouled twice during one crazy sequence late in the game where he turned the ball over that led to the game-winning triple from Donte DiVincenzo.

Maxey's jersey was grabbed by Jalen Brunson as he was trying to receive the inbounds pass during that play, which was a no-call. Then there was another no-call when Josh Hart “stepped forward into Maxey's space and initiated lower body contact.”

Joel Embiid, after the game, was irate at what happened and had strong remarks about the officiating.

"That's on the league. That's on the NBA. That's on the frigging referees. I hate to put the game on them. But I am sure the two-minute report is going to come out and we are going to see what happened," Embiid said. "But like I said, that's unacceptable. That's not on him. That's not on any of us. We fought for 47 minutes and whatever 20 seconds. For that to happen ... that's not OK."

The report also mentioned that Sixers head coach Nick Nurse was calling for a timeout during the same sequence but the officials did not grant it.

"Well, the first thing is obviously they score. We take a look at getting it in quick. We don't get it in quick. I call timeout. Referee looked right at me. Ignored me. Went into Tyrese, I called timeout again. Then the melee started," Nurse said.

"I guess I got to run out onto the floor or do something to make sure and get his attention, but I needed a timeout there to advance it. Would've been good. But, couldn't get it."
