Lenovo Tenerife veteran guard Marcelinho Huertas was named the BCL MVP one month before turning 41 years of age. He has averaged 16.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 7.9 assists, and 19.1 EFF over 16 BCL games this season, guiding his team to the final.

Huertas and Tenerife will have a chance to secure a second BCL title after winning it in 2022. The final between Tenrife and Unicaja in Belgrade is on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Vassilis Spanoulis was named the Coach of the Year after bringing Peristeri bwin to the Final Four.
