Club president Ostoja Mijailovic recently appeared on TV Prva, reaffirming that the lineup will indeed change.

"There will be loud reinforcements," Mijailovic assured, adding, "We will also consider Serbian players as we assemble a team ready to compete for trophies."

Mijailovic then emphasized the importance of first holding discussions with the current players, many of whose contracts expire after this season. PJ Dozier, James Nunnally, Frank Kaminsky, Alen Smailagic, Uros Trifunovic, Mateusz Ponitka, and Danilo Andjusic are on expiring deals.

"Our priority is to sit down and talk with the team's current players. They're a great group, and we value them," the president said.

Reflecting on last summer's challenging market conditions, particularly after narrowly missing out on Nikola Mirotic, Mijailovic acknowledged the efforts of sporting director Zoran Savic and the management team.

"The market was difficult last season, and sometimes it's just like that. Zoran Savic and the management are working on it. It's not right for me to talk about it anymore," Mijailovic added diplomatically.

Meanwhile, Partizan are preparing for the ABA League semi-final series against Buducnost Podgorica, with the first game scheduled for Tuesday.
