The club shared that they had received confirmation from the Third Basic Public Prosecutor's Office, along with their request for accessing information of public importance and the subsequent response.
The Prosecutor's Office affirmed that Boltauzer was involved in a theft, validating the media reports.
According to the published documents, Boltauzer admitted to the theft, settled the matter, and refunded the damage caused, amounting to 25,905 dinars (around 221 euros). He paid 30,000 dinars (approximately 256 euros) to humanitarian causes.
The scandal involving the long-time EuroLeague referee from Slovenia erupted when he was caught stealing perfume at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport, as reported by the media on March 25.
Subsequently, the EuroLeague initiated a disciplinary procedure against Boltauzer, currently gathering all relevant information.
Following the incident, Boltauzer was promptly detained at the Duty-Free shop and later confessed to his wrongdoing, as per Republika.rs.
