Johnathan Motley is nearing a comeback from a calf injury, providing hope for the team as they face AS Monaco in the crucial Game 4 of their playoff series.

Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul are forced to play the EuroLeague quetrfinal series against AS Monaco without one of their key players, Johnathan Motley. However, there's optimism brewing within the team as Motley edges closer to a comeback, potentially in time for Game 4 on Friday.

"I don't know if he will on Friday, but he's really advancing," coach Sarunas Jasikevicius said following Game 3 victory. "He's very close and already doing some practice."

Motley has been suffering from a calf injury. It forced Motley to miss the last game of the EuroLeague regular season as well as several Turkish League (BSL) matches.

Motley has been averaging 11.8 points and 4.3 rebounds for 12.8 PIR this EuroLeague season. In the two games against Monaco this season, Motley averaged 8.5 points and 5.5 rebounds for 10.5 PIR.

Game 4 is scheduled for 19:45 CEST on Friday. Fenerbahce hold a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five series and will have an opportunity to punch a ticket to the Final Four at home.
