During Game 4 against FC Barcelona, Olympiacos Piraeus guard Giannoulis Larentzakis had to exit the court due to a left ankle injury.

The moment came in the second quarter when the Greek player attempted a three-pointer. However, upon landing, he did so awkwardly, accidentally stepping on the leg of Alex Abrines from Barca.

This resulted in Abrines being charged with an unsportsmanlike foul. Despite the mishap, Larentzakis made the three-pointer successfully and even converted the subsequent free-throw.

However, he was evidently in considerable pain as he made his way to the end of the bench.

Officially, Olympiacos declared Larentzakis unfit to continue playing for the remainder of the game.

The severity of his injury remains uncertain, casting doubt on his availability for Game 5 in Barcelona.
