In the 2023-24 campaign, Larkin averaged 16.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 19.9 PIR per game.
Larkin will be in his 10th season, the final year of his new contract, and will take over the title from Bryant Dunston as the foreign player who has worn the Efes jersey for the longest time.

Throughout the years with Efes, Larkin became the EuroLeague champion twice (2021, 2022), the Turkish Super League champion three times (2019, 2021, 2023), the Turkish Cup winner (2022), and the Turkish Super Cup winner three times (2018, 2019, 2022).
He was also the EuroLeague Top Scorer (2020) and was named to the All-EuroLeague First Team (2022) and All-EuroLeague Second Team (2021).
On Thursday, Anadolu Efes also announced that the club extended the contract with head coach Tomislav Mijatovic. The tactician signed a new deal until the end of the 2025-26 season.
