Morris passed away at the age of 33 on Saturday, May 4th, 2024.

Los Angeles Lakers were the only team where Morris spent more than one season, playing there from 2011 until 2013. Later, he switched teams twice during the 2013-14 season, going from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Los Angeles Clippers to the Memphis Grizzlies.
