According to Shams Charania from The Athletic, Maxi Kleber has suffered a full dislocation of the AC joint in his right shoulder.

The German forward is out for a significant period of time, Charania notes, and might miss the entire postseason.

Kleber suffered a scary fall in the early 2nd quarter in Game 6 against the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday while going for a layup in fast-break. Kleber exited the game, having played only 5 minutes on the court, and did not return.

Kleber averaged 5.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.5 assists in 19 minutes in the playoffs.
