The 22-year-old forward has been separated from the team and will undergo individual training for a week.
BasketNews tried contacting the team director, Arunas Liskus, but he refused to comment on the situation.
Antetokounmpo saw minimal action in the last domestic game against EuroCup team Lietkabelis Panevezys, playing only 3 minutes, his lowest since joining the Lithuanian League.

During his time with Mazeikiai, Antetokounmpo has averaged 8.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 5.5 PIR in 15.5 minutes per game. His shooting percentages stand at 51% for two-pointers, 26% for three-pointers, and 62% for free throws.
The youngest sibling in the Antetokounmpo family, Alex moved to Lithuania from the United States, where he parted ways with the Wisconsin Herd, the G-League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, in early February.
With one local league match remaining before the regular season concludes, M Basket find themselves potentially finishing either seventh or eighth in the LKL standings.
