"Actually, we had them, [it was] like a 9-2 score, right? Didn't look good for them in that period," Jokic joked during the post-game press conference. However, another episode caught the eye of the fans in attendance in Game 6.
Jokic stood near the Nuggets bench during the entire fourth quarter, visibly unhappy with how the game had unfolded. Asked about it, the Serbian big man nodded his head and provided an explanation.
"Just to be warm so I can lift after," he said.
