Golden State Warriors forward Gui Santos leads the way alongside former NBA players Bruno Caboclo and Raul Neto, who are joined by well-known names in Europe, Marcelinho Huertas and Yago dos Santos.
The team will be coached by Aleksandar Petrovic, who returned to lead the squad for the third time in his career. One of his assistant coaches will be former Brazilian national team great Tiago Splitter.
Brazil will compete in OQT Latvia in Riga. They are placed in Group B with Cameroon and Montenegro. If Brazil advances to the next round of the OQT, it will play against either Georgia, Latvia, or the Philippines.
OQT Latvia shapes up to be the first Raul Neto's official tournament since he suffered a season-ending injury in the 2023 FIBA World Cup last August.
