As reported by Michael Scotto of Hoopshype, the Cleveland Cavaliers have decided not to extend a qualifying offer to German big man Isaiah Hartenstein, making him an unrestricted free agent.Hartenstein started this past season with the Denver Nuggets and was traded to the Cavaliers in March in exchange for Javale McGee. In Cleveland, he found more minutes and averaged 8.3 points, 6 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.
