Anthony Edwards scored a new playoff career-high 44 points but it wasn't enough to carry Minnesota to a victory.
When the Game 4 buzzer sounded, Edwards had a few words for Jamal Murray and some Denver Nuggets players.
Asked by reporters what he said during that moment, Edwards shared this: "I just told his ass, 'We love that. Keep talkin' that,' that's what we like. well, I love it. He didn't say anything back but I'm pretty sure they heard me. We live for that."

The Timberwolves started the series hot, taking a 2-0 series lead, but have lost two games to the Nuggets at home. In Game 4, Minnesota shot 48% from the floor but only made 67% of their free throws.
"It's a series. We won two games, [but] we didn't think it was going to be easy. Like I said after Game 2, they're not gonna lay down, they're gonna punch back. And they beat us up tonight. Last two nights, they beat us up. [But] that's okay, we'll be alright. We'll bounce back and figure it out next game and be ready again."
Game 5 of the series will be played in Denver.
