Facundo Campazzo, Andres Feliz, Markus Howard, Dylan Osetkowski, and Giorgio Shermadini lead the All-ACB First Team for the 2023-24 season.

In an official announcement from the league, the top five have been selected as follows:
Player Team Season Averages Facundo Campazzo Real Madrid 11.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, 5.5 assists Andres Feliz Joventut Badalona 15 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4.3 assists Markus Howard Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz 19.4 points, 1.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists Dylan Osetkowski Unicaja Malaga 11.8 points, 4 rebounds Giorgio Shermadini Lenovo Tenerife 12 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.4 assistsShermadini earned the honor for the sixth time in his playing history in the ACB, while it was the fifth time Campazzo was selected for the All-ACB First Team. Howard also obtained his second All-ACB First Team citation. On the other hand, it was the first time each for Feliz and Osetkowski.
On top of being selected for the All-ACB First Team, Campazzo was named to the All-EuroLeague First Team, while Howard received the Alphonso Ford Top Scorer award this year. Howard, for his part, was also the top scorer of the Liga Endesa.
Liga Endesa playoffs will start on May 15.
