Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch, however, was disappointed with the fine, even referencing Jamal Murray in a response to a reporter who asked for his thoughts on the NBA's decision.
“I’d like to see the itemized receipt," Finch told reporters. "Because if it’s $75,000 for the money gesture then it must be $10,000 for the towel and $15,000 for the heating pad?”

Murray was fined $100,000 for tossing objects onto the court in Game 2 but avoided a game suspension, which many believed he should have deserved for his actions. People suggested that Murray also made a "money sign" gesture in that particular game.The Nuggets and Timberwolves are battling it out in Game 5 of the Western Conference semifinals with the series tied 2-2.
