Guard Julyan Stone and Umana Reyer Venice have agreed to extend their partnership for another season. It will be Stone's sixth season with the team next year.

In the Italian Lega Basket Serie A, the 32-year-old accumulated 4.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 9.9 EFF over 21.6 minutes.
Stone's run with Venice started in 2014. After one season with the team, he went to play in Turkey (Gaziantep) and the NBA G League (Fort Wayne Mad Ants). He then returned to Venice in 2016 and played for one more season in Italy before going back to the G League (Greensboro Swarm) and the NBA (Charlotte Hornets). The swingman once again returned to Venice in 2018 and has been playing there ever since.
“I have achieved great things with Reyer, but the journey is not over yet,” Stone said, “I still can help achieve some things, and I will put in my hard work to give us the best chance at success. My role in the team may change, but my motivation will continue to grow.”
Venice will compete in Group B of the EuroCup next year. They will go up against Valencia Basket, Promitheas Patras, Gran Canaria, Buducnost Voli Podgorica, Virtus Segafredo Bologna, Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana, Mincidelice JL Bourg En Bresse, Ratiopharm Ulm, and Frutti Extra Bursaspor.
