Valencia Basket and forward Victor Claver have agreed to a three-year deal.
After five seasons with FC Barcelona, Claver departed from Catalonia. However, he will continue playing in the Spanish Liga ACB with Valencia.
The 32-year-old Spaniard started his career in Valencia. He played there from 2006 to 2012. The 2.08 forward helped Valencia raise the EuroCup trophy in 2010.
Afterward, Claver was a member of the Portland Trail Blazers, Khimki Moscow Region, and Lokomotiv Kuban.
Claver averaged 2.3 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 2.7 EFF over 12.5 minutes in the EuroLeague last season. In the Spanish league, he accumulated 2.7 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 4.1 EFF over 13.1 minutes.
Valencia will compete in Group B of the EuroCup next year. They will go up against Virtus Bologna, Promitheas Patras, Gran Canaria, Buducnost Voli Podgorica, Umana Reyer Venice, Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana, Mincidelice JL Bourg En Bresse, Ratiopharm Ulm, and Frutti Extra Bursaspor.
