Corey Walden is set to join Bayern / News - Basketnews.com

Guard Corey Walden and Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade have parted ways. However, Walden will remain in the EuroLeague and join FC Bayern Munich, Dionysis Aravantinos of Eurohoops reports. Bayern and Walden are set to sign a two-year contract.

Before playing for Crvena Zvezda, Walden was a member of Partizan NIS Belgrade, Hapoel Holon, Filou Oostende, and Maine Red Claws.

The 28-year-old averaged 10.5 points, 2.3 assists, 1.8 rebounds, and 9.9 assists over 23.4 minutes in last season's EuroLeague.

In the Israeli Basketball Premier League, the 1.88 American accumulated 11.3 points, 3.2 assists, 2.2 rebounds, and 14.4 EFF over 21.9 minutes.
